Had a dealing with Thor kitchen and have to say I was very disappointed. I was hung up on, they said they would call and never did, and said they had shipped parts when in fact they hadnt. The product was a good product, however the customer service was horrible and the support was non-existent.
Called to question charges on my credit card and asked to cancel membership. My experience was like most who have dealt with this company. See if I get the refund they promised.

We're sorry to hear about the misunderstanding. Your refund is issued immediately on our end, but please allow 2-5 business days for your bank to process the transaction and disclose it on your statement.
In the meantime, I'd love to explain how our site works and why you were charged our membership fee. We offer new users a 7-day free trial and the chance to claim their introductory bonus offered at sign up. If users would like to extend their membership past the free trial, they are subject to the monthly fee. Otherwise, trial members will have to cancel their membership within their trial period to avoid the subscription charge. This information is stated on the sign up page, directly above where users enter their credit card information. It is also included in detail within our terms of use, which must be agreed to before completing the sign up process, and in the welcome email every new member receives directly after signing up.
