Had a dealing with Thor kitchen and have to say I was very disappointed. I was hung up on, they said they would call and never did, and said they had shipped parts when in fact they hadnt. The product was a good product, however the customer service was horrible and the support was non-existent.
Called to question charges on my credit card and asked to cancel membership. My experience was like most who have dealt with this company. See if I get the refund they promised.
