My experience with the sales associates has generally been quite good. But every experience I've had with a BevMo website has been a poor one, and that's being generous. Just now after an hour of trying to place an order using a promo code that was texted to me, I attempted to use a card from one bank which the website said was declined (odd because there was over $1000 in it) so I used a card from a different bank which was graciously accepted. Funny thing, the charge went through on both cards/both banks. And let's not talk about the issues with trying to enter an address and what the website considers an acceptable address. Whoever is in charge of their website/tech department should be drawn and quartered in a public place. Thank you.
