The reason why I ditch away itunes is that I hate its complicated operation and the constant itunes error (itunes always not connecting with my iphone). Yet, when I connect this software with my iphone, there is no response, either. I contact the support team and Ricky gives me feedback within 5 mins - change another USB port and it works.
That's not the end. He also patiently gives me more useful suggestions on how to better protect my files after sync. I'm an outsider. These are really helpful. I'm very satisfied with his service. Thanks, Ricky and Digiarty team!
