PLEASE REPOST AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE!
So i paid my phone bill today with metro... and not only is my service still not on they have now charged 92 bucks out of my account yet my bill was only 46 bucks when i call they told me "sry call ur bank we dont have ur payment" i cant call my bank since they cut my service. I am out 92 dollars and no service WTF METRO taking my money and not providing the service is breach of contract( yes i know they are a month to month service but there is still a contract in use stating that if i pay $46 then i will have service for 30 days) plus taking the extra money is theft. This is BULL$#*!! This is not right. I cant sue them as i am low income and cant afford a lawyer... please share so others can b aware of the shady and underhanded dealing that metro and tmobile practice
