Thank you for your feedback. Insurance is or medical emergencies, lost bags, delayed flights, death. It is not for a change in plans or cancellation of a non refundable ticket. We do provide you with the entire PDF of the coverage for trip cancellation when you added it to the booking. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
