I spent ours and hours in last 3 weeks trying to change my flights...2 hours now and nobody picked up the phone!!
This is the worst customer service ever!
I do understand COVID situation but this is just... WTF!
So many negative reviews, they don't provide ANY service to those who they sold tickets to, YET, they keep on sending emails of specials on airtickets.
On the top of their pathetic response over phone I've just got an automatic message that they are sorry to inform me that their customer service email address was no longer used for Support services purposes.
Never again Edreams. They should be shut down!
