I have been skipping a month for a while becasue I just don't have the funds to pay $39.99 each month. But they keep charging and when I call, they say it will be refunded in 7-10 business days. I need that $39.99 for food and I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back.
Finally, to close my account, I decided to use up my credits (accured before the pandemic) and the shipments are getting lost.
They used to be so good way back in 2015 - the service and quality of goods has gone done steadily. I can't wait to close my account and I have been a member since 2013. Shame on you Justfab! Did not receive either shipment. When I called them, they said to call back on Monday.
