I love love loooove Cospicky! They are my go-to when I want a cosplay. I'm a plus size girl, so Asian sizes aren't going to fit me. But while they offer most of their cosplays as "straight sizes" (Asian S, M, L), they do a heck of a job with custom sizing! I've ordered five custom made cosplays with them, even commissioned one not on their site, and the quality and sizing has always amazing and just right!

On top of their high quality cosplays, they have impeccable customer service. They are so sweet when you have problems or questions and they always include a free little gift with your purchases! You can tell they really value their customers.

Sure, when you order custom sizing it takes a little more time to get to you, but the wait is worth it. And even though the items come from China, when they ship it out the shipping speed is surprisingly fast!

Overall I'm super pleased with this company, and I will continue to support them as long as they keep up the wonderful work they do!

I tried to order a custom shirt from them and they cancelled the order without telling me. I understand why they cancelled it so that's not the problem. I've been contacting them for two weeks about getting a refund for it but they are NOT helpful. I was told, "payment never reached us, money should still be in your bank". Okay, if that was the case then fine, but the money is still missing! It's not my bank's fault, so it has to be Zazzle's! TWO WEEKS and still no refund! My bank shows a charge from Zazzle, but no reimbursement, and I didn't see any money magically appear without a statement next to it.

My advice, just avoid this site if you want anything custom made. If they cancel it on you YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. You'll never see that money again.
