Giving this site a zero rating. Purchased a pair of Ulla Johnson earrings from them and a necklace arrived. Upon reaching out for the shipment to be corrected, encountered persons who offered no offer to send me the right item, but were more concerned with the return. After at least two queries about the earrings, I was offered a discount code as a further shopping hook, and a return label. I promptly returned the wrongly sent necklace, got an acknowledged receipt email and promise of a refund within days. After that, only sales offers were sent me, no word on this issue. Here we are, a month later (plum forgot about the issue), and thankfully thought to reach out to affirm, copying them. Crickets from Intermix, but a cancellation of the sale by affirm, with an immediate return of my by now two installments of the total.
Intermix is a flashy object that doesn't deliver. They're not concerned with customer relations, nor their reputation. In it for the initial money grab. I'd streer clear.
