I ordered shoes on intermix's website and received an order confirmation. After waiting 10 days I emailed to check status. No reply. I called and was told they had refunded my money(shoes I ordered were out of stock but took my money anyway.) and I would get my money back in 3-5 business day. That didn't happen and I called my bank and they do not have any verification of refund. Where is my money Intermix?
