“Got my refund, just keep saying no and you want the full amount back!”

I ordered the 3 dollar subscription... Next month got billed for almost 30... Called to cancel, they push and push you to just subscribe to a lesser cost a month. Just keep saying no. They tried to refund only $13 because they "prorated" it but I said I tried to cancel earlier and they just refunded everything. Just keep saying no no no and keep saying you want the full amount back. They can do it.
