“Never received order”

Ordered bracelet Feb 14th 2020. It is now April 9th and keep getting excuses why product has not been shipped. Website states due to popular demand shipping may take up to 21 days and when i have asked several times about the status, their response is... item "will be shipped this week or next". I thought the purchase was helping the Koala in Australia but now i think it is all a scam.

“Have had even worse problems. They eventually after 3 months, damaged bracelets. Told me they would refund the cost but one month later still waiting. They are a fraud”
