“Terrible and untrustworthy”

Terrible customer service. Did not deliver same day as ordered and paid for, do not take accountability and are dismissive of any concern whatsoever. Do NOT USE! Go with the in-house shop at the hospitals or I would even trust a stranger on FB to go to Costco and grab flowers and deliver over this company!
