My co-worker ordered from Shein and was very happy with her order, which arrived within a week. I submitted an order on January 22 and after I hit submit, something showed up on the screen stating they would not be processing orders until Jan 26 due to the holiday. I messaged them immediately when I saw the message, they assured me my items would arrive. Today is January 27th and I had gotten notice yesterday that my items shipped. Today- nothing. No update other than it's being shipped via DHL. No update on the DHL site or the Shein site. Whenever I try to contact customer service I get the same run around. I spent $200 so I qualified for Express Shipping... my co-workers have ordered things AFTER I did and they have tracking information. I am leaving for a cruise on Thursday and trying to pack. Kinda hard when you don't know if your order will arrive in time. I am very unimpressed. Especially when every time I contact them I get a generic message in return. Oh and not to mention that my swimsuits CANNOT be returned so I'm basically stuck with the order when I get it.
***UPDATE*** DHL shipping was finally updated. My order is due to arrive on Feb 7- this is with express shipping. What a joke. That's over 2 weeks after I ordered. My co-workers that ordered AFTER me will get their items this week. I messaged them via Facebook messenger again (it's the only form of contact that I can find) and yet again, received a robotic message stating "please allow for 2-4 days for shipping". I think Feb 7 is quite a bit longer than 2-4 days. Only after leaving a review on this site has someone really answered me asking for my order number etc. I will probably never order from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and express shipping is NOT express what so ever!
