Firstly, let me say that I never take the time to write a review but I have been so impressed with JetBlue customer service! For many reasons in the past I have chosen to travel on JetBlue as my preferred airline. The latest reason for my choice centered around a friend who had to change a departure date due to a family funeral. The JetBlue rep handled this beautifully without penalizing her….
