I purchased flight through Flight hub and unfortunately had to cancel them for a medical reason. I had purchased trip cancellation insurance (through Manulife) at the time of the flights being purchased. It clearly stated " covers 100% of the non refundable costs".
Now Flight hub wants to charge $500 to cancel the flights and the trip is covered at less than 50% of the cost. Its a SCAM! Buyer Beware!
