Ordered 2 things on April 29 one personalized one not, I have received no indication when my order will ship. No response to emails inquiring about an update. They say they are delayed because of COVID-19 but not for how long. I don't understand why they don't halt taking new orders until they can fill the ones they've already received. At this point I'm filing a charge dispute with my credit card.
Tip for consumers:
I would highly advise not using this site unless they get a lot better real quick.
