Chewy has been my go to for the best deals and wonderful, friendly customer service. When I had a problem with my order it was promptly fixed with no hassle! I can't recommend them enough!

This company is such a joke! I purchased gift cards but alway have a struggle attempting to actually purchase tickets through the movetickets.com website. The codes don't apply, or I end up getting an error message, resulting in missing the movie I intended to see!

So frustrating! Plus, their customer service does nothing for these inconveniences just says - oh we'll send a report to our technical service team which then does nothing about it!

This is the 10th attempt on many separate occasions with the very same issues over the course of 6 months... back these gift cards go to Costco! Bye bye movie tickets.com, you will soon be shut down!
