I have a package that says "delivered" one month ago in the tracking. I contacted them several times, they take around 5 days to reply, and they always reply the same, nothing happens. They say that they'll check it, that they didn't receive anything and they will check again.
ONE $#*!ING MONTH and the problem isn't solved. I keep sending emails but nothing.
I will ask for a refund and change of service because I can't handle this bad service.

Thanks for your review. Sorry about your frustration in locating the package that tracking information says was delivered.
It sounds like you have been in touch with your local mail center, which should have received the package. It would be very unusual for a package delivered to not be properly stored and appear in your digital mailbox.
