My issue with this service is that they did not use apa 7 format in the paper. Before you submit your paper you can tell them what you want done to your paper. I told them that I needed my paper apa 7 edition format, they used an out dated edition, so I had to do the formatting myself, which was one of the reasons I paid for this service.
