I ordered monogrammed slippers for two grandddaughters' Christmas gifts. Received AFTER Christmas and they reversed the sizes... so neither pair fit. Now, of course, no one will contact me or address the error. I just want the products I ordered or a refund. Should be simple... but not with THIS company!
