I ordered draperies from this company with super fast delivery. It is now four days later and customer service refuses to tell me if my package has been shipped. I have received no emails regarding delivery or shipping either. When pressing their customer service reps, they are rude and say they have no information. After explaining that I'll just cancel my order and refuse delivery, the rep said he will cancel the items to be shipped from their warehouse. So I then proceeded to say, if you can cancel items that haven't shipped, why can't you see if my package has shipped? I then requested a manager and they have me on hold. They charge an extra $17 for super fast delivery but don't ship out the merchandise. They sure took the money out of my account with super lightening speed, though.
