I hope everything I ordered is of good quality

I bought 2 necklaces same to add some bling. I can't even feel they're on and they are super thin, one snag will surely break them. My order came fast. I don't think I will shop for my gold here while the necklaces are very pretty I wanted something bigger. Don't go by the pictures they are super maxed out. Happy with my purchase but disappointed at the same time. It is real gold. I was shocked it came in a envelope inside were 2 baggies and at the bottom were 2 tiny jewelry bags thinking they were just thrown in there?
