I have bought a product ManoMano online. It arrived, badly packed, upside down, broken lid, missing screws, the wrong size hose rings, one leg missing, no tray, no instruction manual and unusable. I am used to dealing with professional companies that take responsibility for their products and was appalled to find that Manomano just blamed everyone else, such as the delivery people and had absolutely no interest in apologising or solving the problems.
In the end I decided to bin the product, which cost £103 and cut my losses with this company, who appear not to care about their customers at all.
I ordered the same product on Amazon and it arrived 24 hours later, beautifully packed and perfect and I have started using it and enjoying it.
My experience in dealing with ManoMano has been traumatic and deeply unpleasant and I was delighted to bin their defective product and will never deal with them again.
