I'm a first time buyer.
(I saw your advert when playing on Trickster)
Your website said there was a 10% discount for first time buyers, but your system refused to accept the code IR10 as per your website top flag.
I have still completed my first order but feel cheated!

Also, nowhere could I find your policy on returns.

If you are shipping from US I trust there will be no customs to pay for UK customers?
