I am neither a blackmailer nor an extortionist. Whatever review I gave was to send a loud & clear message to the management of Banggood.co to improve their Dispatch & Shipping services.
Therefore I have deleted this detailed review, that even carried the name of the CS Executive concerned.
I do not hold any personal grudge against her or other members of the Banggood Team.
There are people - Intelligent people, who learn from their experiences; then there are genius people who learn from the experience of others. But
Banggood.com is just one entity who is not prepared to learn even from its own experiences - leave aside learning from the experiences of others.

We always strived to resolve the problems as soon as possible to satisfy our customers ultimately. The official document proving that you received an empty parcel is necessary, so we could submit it to carrier to check the status of your parcel. Hope your kindly understanding.

As far as such case concerned, please rest sure that none of us wants such situation to happen. About the proof of empty parcel, none of steps is redundant. We really understand your feeling about such case. Though you are unwillling to show us the official document of empty parcel, we have refunded for your order 46531051.

In the meanwhile, we have noticed you have recently opened up a PayPal dispute and you will need more time to check the information about your order. As paypal needs a period of time to adjudicate the decision. In this case, could you please close firstly so you could receive the refund smoothly?

I am pained to point out the factual position of Customer Services at Banggood.com
I started buying my aeromodelling needs from Banggood since March 2017 and soon became their VIP4 customer. I had many times run into problems of damaged items due to poor packing and even few non-delivery.
I find most of the 5 Star Reviews on various sites, are from the customers/buyers who ran into problems with their purchased items for one reason or other, but after getting replacement/refund, they had left 5 star feedback. I too got the replacement/refunds but then I feel why Banggood does not learn to improve their shipping department as items seems to be shipped by their own warehouses, and not by the sellers directly.
The main issue/problem is that the staff employed as CS executives/agents, lacks basic commonsense and dont use their brain to analysie the things. What ever is your complaint, the stereo type reply will be received to send video - even when the item is damaged due to improper packing, they want video.

The worst scenerio is their packing/shipping team, who desn't bother to check what is being shipped and how its being shipped. Immediately on receiving the order they print out pre-paid shipping label and update the buyer that the order is shipped THOUGH it is not even packed up from their warehouse. You realise all this when you find date of "pick up" (or received from customer) on the carrier's tracking site.
Secondly, the weight & the price shown on the shipping label is not actual. To save money, by cheating the carrier (most of the time their own China Post), they mention the less weight, without realising that if packet is damaged/pilferred during transit then Post office will give delivery mainly on the basis of the gross weight mentioned on the shipping label. Regarding the contents, the Customs, at almost all countries, uses X-Ray machines - like the one used at Airports to scan the baggage of passengers - especially for all the registered parcels/packets & accordingly take their value. The more paper work also delays the delivery. After all this experiences, I decided to buy items from Banggood.com with free standard shipping because unregistered parcels reach very fast. Neither the Customs, nor the Postal authorities bother about the contents or the price. Especially the items shipped thru China Post ordinary small packets are delivered very fast.
Recently, on 25/March/18, I placed order # *******, for Brushless motor to upgrade my WlToys Brushed V913 Heli. The order was said to be shipped on 26th March and was delivered to me on 12th April. This unregistered packet was delivered in total 17 days though there were 2 national Hoilidays beside Sundays.
The moment the packet was handed over to me by the postman, I found it was just a weightless packet. I tried pressing it with my fingers to get the feel of the contents inside but I couldn't. Shocked and dismayed, I took the weight of the properly sealed packet and found it weighed only 10gms. The gross weight mentioned on shipping label was just 20 gms. I checked packet thoroughly for any tempering/pilferation but found it intact. Then decided to make unboxing video (of the opening of the packet). There was a PPE sheet rolled packing but no motor inside. This PPE wrapping was tapped only from one side and not from the 2 open side. I personally feel that before this wrapped motor was put in the polybag, the motor got slipped out from one of the sides as the PPE sheet is very smooth as silk. What exactly had happened only God knows I can only assume & presume.
I immediately made a complaint to CS and attached the link of 2 videos (which I couldn't attach to the email), requesting for replacement.

The shocking reply I received to my complaint having video link, from one Ms. Anna is as follows-
"Thank you for your e-mail.
We are sorry to hear that the parcel you received for your order ******* was empty.
Could you please send us some photos of the empty parcel as well as of the shipping label? We also suggest you contact your local post office and request an official document proving that the delivered parcel was empty. We will launch an investigation on this issue and provide you with a solution at the soonest.
We look forward to receiving your reply.

I will wait for few days before filing the CLAIM with PayPal. I humbly suggest & request all buyers to always pay thru their PayPal account (PayPal does not charge any commission from the buyers but comes to the rescue of buyers in a situation like this. Never buy making direct payment when you have option of paying thru PayPal.

As we checked, the weight of the parcel you received is 0.042 kg, which is correct. Is the product broken or torn off when you receive the product?

We need this proof to arrange a refund or a reshipment of your order 46531051. Could you please contact the Customs Agency of your country or the carrier to request more details?

We would need to receive an official document proving that you received an empty parcel. Could you kindly require an official document form your local post office and send it to Anna? Please rest sure that we will provide the reasonable solution for you when we receive it.
