I ordered an item from this company and paid extra for two day shipping. The package was delayed due to whether, which I know we cannot control. What we can control is how we treat customers who pay for their hard earned money and if a service is not rendered refunding people accordingly. DLT is defusing to refund the two day payment I spent. While I will never do business with them again, I suggest that folks do not spend money in expedited shipments and stick to their free shipping option. I'm truly not upset at not getting my package in the time I paid for. Weather happens and we cannot control it. However, a company not making it right is truly unacceptable.
