Unfortunately I was sent a defective knife which I am sure happens from time to time. After a few emails back and forth the owner Jason emailed me and resolved all of my issues. His customer service is top notch to say the least. He has a customer for life with me!

What a slimy company, if you order from them you better hope you have no issues with your order. They sent me a defective knife with quality control issues. They they stated I had to pay return shipping on it. I'm not even going to comment on what a despicable policy this is, horrible customer service. When I complained they said they'd send me a shipping label. I sent back the knife and everything seemed fine. I just saw they only issued me a partial refund, $8.12 short. Seems like just enough to cover the shipping I refused to pay. I've spent thousands of dollars with DLT and they won't be getting another penny from me and I'll be disputing this with PayPal. What horrible customer service and I'm frankly disgusted with both their service and policies. Don't give these scumbags your business, save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Fast Delivery, helpful customer service, great inventory. One of my favorite place to shop for knife. They also have a reward cashback based on your purchase.

I have made multiple purchases here. They have fast shipping, a great inventory, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. They also have a rewards program towards future purchases. A+++

I ordered an item from this company and paid extra for two day shipping. The package was delayed due to whether, which I know we cannot control. What we can control is how we treat customers who pay for their hard earned money and if a service is not rendered refunding people accordingly. DLT is defusing to refund the two day payment I spent. While I will never do business with them again, I suggest that folks do not spend money in expedited shipments and stick to their free shipping option. I'm truly not upset at not getting my package in the time I paid for. Weather happens and we cannot control it. However, a company not making it right is truly unacceptable.
