“Not a good choice to book a ticket”

If you need to change or cancel your ticket through Kayak you will have hard time and lose money in any way. They keep saying " it's the policy sir" for everything they charge. When trying to cancel the ticket your ticket exchange charges are not included. Not a good experience at all. I don't recommend this website at all!

“Worst place ever. Bait and switch. They sold us tickets and the flights don't exist. Convinced us to replace them with a more expensive ticket, when if booked straight thru the airline, it's cheaper than Kayak claimed. Never again.”
