I've been a customer of Etax for 9 years. In that 9 years I have never had to use their customer service. However the moment that I did it was a horrible experience. I reached out to them because their system did not capture my bank account number correctly. Instead of them provide me with solution they blamed everything on me. I was told that they don't have glitches or have errors. Which we all know is untrue. Their service is pretty much a self-service service which mean that you have no contact with a live person. Also you must enter your account number twice before entering it so I know that I verified at least three times before submitting it. Hi room system cut off the last four of my account number and my deposit was misplaced. No one offered me any helper our solution they were just pretty rude..
