The whole point of GPS tracking is to disable your car and quickly recover it if stolen. This disable feature only works if it is properly connected. Spent a lot of money for it not to work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and they were able to confirm the system received the disable signal. Since the car was not disabled it is an installation issue. Part of the installation process is to confirm it works properly. This obviously was not done. Wonder how many others received a bill for something that doesn't work. Hopefully people test this function before finding out the hard way it was not connected properly.
