I took the tour to Cartagena, Colombia and met several ladies there. Manager was extremely rude to me when I went inside to ask about my online order. She told me I have to go outside and wait over 30 minutes before my order will be done. I live over 30 minutes away and she told me to leave and come all the way back or cancel my order. I said I can not cancel my order because I used a giftcard and she proceeded to tell me I would lose all of the money on the gift card with no refund.
