I had as healed ride for work at 9:40 to be there at 10, because I did not want to just be sitting around because I can't clock in early. So at 9:20 it says my driver is 5 min away. That's gonna make me a whole 20 minutes early, where I have to either sit in the break room where there's no Wi-Fi connection and no data connection, or sit outside in the heat. When getting ahold of customer support and explained the situation all they wanted to offer was a 50ยข refund and cancel my ride. Not only was this sad as hell, but then I was unable to book another ride to work. And my card got charged twice, worst company ever!
