06/06/20 but was cancelled due to the pandemic. Their website
States: "For all customers who have purchased tickets for events
That have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will
Provide full compensation to you. We will be sending emails to
Our canceled-event customers with specific information. Given
The number of events being cancelled, please allow sufficient
Time to receive this information."
Their customer service emails are saying because we requested refund after 7 days of purchase
That we are not eligible for refund. However, due to the pandemic
There was no way of knowing this event would be cancelled.
They are also claiming that they sent a correspondence with
120% credit for this on 05/30/20, but we never received this.
There was also no way to access this information from their web
Portal. And they are sayin the credit expired on 11/30/21.
We also have never been able to speak with a human over the phone,
Because their customer service number does not enable us to.
