Ordered 12/12/18. On 12/13/18, received:
"Thank you for your purchase, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
I never received a notification.
I sent 1st email on Jan. 20,2019: "I have not received this order. Please check on it for me". Then, on Feb. 8, sent another email: "I still have not received this order. Please check on this for me, or else credit my charge card". Then on May 26, I send another email: "I have NEVER, NEVER received this item. PLEASE CREDIT MY VISA ACCOUNT A. S.A. P.".
This time It bounced back saying:
