I've unfortunately ordered from both. I had been seeing their ads all of Instagram and finally purchased, my first experience was not a good one but i shortly realized I had bought from a counterfeiter. I re purchased from the genuine Tatbrow.com site and I was more than pleased. The hair strokes of the microblade pen look incredibly real and I love their customer service! **Most these reviews are for the counterfeit site, don't get tricked!
I bought 2 1 for me 1 for my daughter! The product is so WET you cannot use to get the look you are going for. But wait do not think for a minute you will get support or return help because they send emails to you at all hours of the morning responding as if they NEVER read your request. You will have to go thru your credit card comonay to get your money back FRAUDS!

Tip for consumers:
If the color seems off or the pen seems dry, shake it very well and let it sit upside down for 15 minutes.

I have purchased this eyebrow "enhancement" product several times. It is mediocre and often "wipes off" even before you've left the house, however other products are even worse and I've tried them all since I have a type of alopecia that caused me to lose both brows entirely. My real complaint is the customer service. Twice I've purchased the product during a buy-1-get-1 free sale. The 1st time I received the product I paid for but no free product. I let it slide. Then I ordered again during a similar sale. When I didn't get the free product the 2nd time, I emailed customer service who told me in one email to send them "screen shots" of their offer (they don't keep up with their own promotions?) and in a second email to send them pictures of the products and the package wrappers/box that I received. (Uh...I don't save trash, folks.) I'm through with them and have unsubscribed. This is just one more internet sales scam. Buy your cosmetics at a brick and mortar store! It will save a lot of frustration.
Tip for consumers:
The colors on the website are not accurate, in my opinion. "Blonde" is a dark brown like someone who colors her hair blonde and then lets the brown roots show. Taupe is more of a blonde if you have gold blonde hair.

Received only partial order. Customer service is terrible. Went through Facebook - they had a promotion. Promotion was a scam.
As a first time buyer, I ordered the color "blonde". The box said "blonde" and the tube said "blonde"; the color was a dark CHARCOAL. This issue has been noted before by others in their reviews. Perhaps if you had dark hair this would not be an issue.
Others have mentioned there are two sites: one labeled "tatbrows" (note the plural) and the other as "tatbrow". I ordered from the site said to be genuine. The expense of returning the product ( re-boxing and packaging, postage and expense of gasoline to the P, O,)( plus my time) does not make it effective to hassle the return.
As an older person, I'm not very handy at uploading photos etc. As to the review, take it or not.

Received 2 products, the first one they notified my was possibly misformulated, a blonde and could be reddish and indeed it was. Second one sent 1 month later, was still reddish. I asked for refund, they said I had to pay to send back to them to get refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,, DISGUSTING ORODUCT,
The blond is dark and almost red. Go s on thick like paint. Looks phony. Contacted them asking for refund, no response. I bought two because it was supposedly a better deal.
Received nothing. My order no longer shows up. No one has ever responded through email, phone and Instagram. Do not waste your money, it's a scam. I have waited 2 months and still nothing
I noticed that the tatbrows.com website has disappeared. I am sure the
Mythical Tara Reid customer support rep has also vanished.
Anyone who bought from these people and never received anything should file a claim sooner than later.
Ordered on December 7. Nothing received and no notification of shipping for 2 weeks. I emailed customer service on 12/17 and enquired about the delay.
Their response was " We are currently running into issues with our manufacturer not being able to keep up with demand. Our products are currently being sent to our warehouse."
So I waited until Jan 7 when I enquired again and was told
"We've processed your order for delivery
Our system is having trouble in updating tracking to customers.
Due to large amount of orders at this peak season, delivery might be slower than usual.
You should be getting it within next week if you are in US and EU, and 2 weeks for others"
Well its now a week later and nothing delivered. Time to invoke the FTC 30 day rule and dispute the charge with my CC.
Anyone have anything positive to say about tatbrows.com?
Ordered dec 11 th product never received and site is no longer up. They stopped answering emails Jan 1 st - total fraud
Ordered 12/12/18. On 12/13/18, received:
"Thank you for your purchase, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
I never received a notification.
I sent 1st email on Jan. 20,2019: "I have not received this order. Please check on it for me". Then, on Feb. 8, sent another email: "I still have not received this order. Please check on this for me, or else credit my charge card". Then on May 26, I send another email: "I have NEVER, NEVER received this item. PLEASE CREDIT MY VISA ACCOUNT A. S.A. P.".
This time It bounced back saying:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:
* *******@tatbrows.com
Reason: There was an error delivering your message to *******@tatbrows.com.
The server responded with "550" - "550-5. 1. 1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Ordered Microblade Brow Pen and Brow enhancement serum. After several days had passed without an email that my items had shipped, I left a phone message. Low and behold, the items arrived right after I called. Customer service then returned my call shortly thereafter, and I explained that I already received the products; false alarm. The browpen is perfect. Perfect color, and is smearproof and has a great brush-stroke head. Haven't tried the serum yet.
Received my tat brow pens in a timely manner. Color was a little off (orange). They contacted me regarding a batch with funky coloring and offered a replacement for free. Who does that? An extraordinary business, that's who. Would recommend, as the other colors are exactly as described, and they have a great business ethic.
