I was needing to change my reservation which is part of the standard package and I was told I could not by a call center rep that barely spoke English. I had to buy another ticket and waist money

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that it was not a satisfactory experience. As an agency we must abide by the rules set by the airline for the type of airfare purchased. Basic Economy tickets are the most restrictive and do not allow for changes or cancellations.
