Don; t buy from this company. The scooter we were shipped arrived broken. They will not exchange or refund. They offer to replace the broken part but after two attempts where they shipped incorrect parts we have discovered they can't even source the correct part!
We are now trying ourselves to find a replacement ignition for this Chinese bike - so far we have had no success. Oh and it is a Chinese company so nothing we can do, once they have your money and the bike is shipped they wash their hands. Three months after our purchase the bike site in garage broken and useless. I was told over the phone they never give refunds or exchanges as they deem bikes repairable (in the small print) but without the right parts they are not!

Notified them of my issues with the bike and I sent info as requested. No response since. Horrible!
Hi Sally, I wanted to apologize for the experience you had with this delivery. This product shipped from our supplier's location and should not have arrived in that condition. A parts request was sent to the manufacture and it appears they sent out the incorrect part. We can communicate with our warehouse and the supplier to figure out a solution to the problem. Mega Motor Madness is a U.S. based company and all parts/products ship from the states. Depending on the situation, we will offer a refund or exchange. There are a few steps that need to be taken but we stand behind our products and want to make sure you have a working scooter.
