I purchased TWO tickets to weight loss seminars. Their policy is to refund is not satisfied. I was not satisfied and neither was my friend who I also purchased a ticket for. We both (separately) wrote to the company and asked for a refund. They wanted to see receipts for payments (which I sent) They wrote to me and said, "rest assured you will receive a refund" and "thank you for sending the necessary documents." That was over a month ago. Still no rerfund. -- UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: They Finally did refund my money. Took a very long time and a lot of headache, but they finally did refund!
