“Pictures received were not like originals advertised online”

The pictures I received were very different in colour, texture and quality compared to the beautiful originals advertised online. These are reproductions done in the Afremov studio by trained artists however the work of person who painted mine felt like that of an amateur art student rather than a professional artist.
Photos below show received pictures versus the originals.
The team however did try to be helpful and were responsive to my emails.
