It's been 13 days since I placed my order, it still shows processing (waiting to be picked). I choose to purchase off this site because it said my things would be delivered between 4 to 7 days (express shipping). I dont know who to contact and or what to do, I spent over $120.00 for 17 items, I want a refund if I'm not going to get my stuff. My order # is GSHMXN00U0002R0
