I had my package stolen off of my front steps and was on my birthday gift to myself and I contacted their customer service here at Andrew Christian and let me just say it was the worst experience I've ever dealt with with any retailer ever! They told me I needed to contact UPS and I had a tracking number for this package even I paid the 2-day shipping so you would think that should give me some security on me receiving my package and you would think such a large retailer like Andrew Christensen would it be willing to compensate for something that isn't even my fault to being stolen. Maybe being out and me being the customer. I contacted ups and they told me I needed to contact the retailer and that they did I filed a claim with them they did I did the whole form and everything with ups and they were going to forward the information back to the realtor and when I called Angie Christianson they just basically are seeming to be no help at all and this is ridiculous I would never buy a pair of Andrew Christensen underwear ever again this is bull$#*! and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Worst bday ever thanks for nothing Andrew Christian!
