I got a Dallas Stars jersey for my birthday from my wife and my children and it was two sizes too big because these jerseys are astonishingly bigger than normal sizes. These don't run a size bigger these run 2 to 3 sizes bigger. I'm thinking OK no biggie I'll just exchange it and get the size I need, wrong! If you got the wrong size, which with the way they are sized I would imagine 50% of jerseys orders are the wrong size you're just beat because there is a no exchange policy! That's not even the good part the good part is if you send your jersey back for a refund and then try to purchase a new one with that money you can count on at least 30 days before you receive your New Jersey. They told me on the phone it will be a minimum of 10 days after I shipped it before they will process it and then another 7 to 10 days before it showed up on my bank account, and THEN you can order your new jersey and wait again for shipping which takes six days minimum. Oh and by the way it's a $10 charge for a return shipping label! Whoever manages this place was gone the day they taught customer service and business economics. I can't imagine how much money they lose because people don't wanna deal with this.
