I purchased an 18'x20' Tarp Tent and after only months of use the tent fell over when all the legs bent, damaging my contents as well! I contacted customer service about replacing legs so I could use tent again. They were not helpful at all and tried to get me to buy an entire pole set, their attempt to make even more money off me! I even offered to pay their cost for the few replacement legs if they weren't going to stand by their "warranty". There are plenty of options I would go to a different company offering better quality not using cheap product and customer service!
