I have been using Ace canopy for several years yr's the first one lasted, (in 2004) lasted me 7 yr's! I reordered expecting to get the same quality, this one barely fit my frame but made it work, that one lasted 2 yr's! I reordered another one, this one was way to big for my frame! And they sent me the wrong side panel because I had an extra one from my many other orders, so I made it work! It lasted 8 months! On June 19 2020 I again ordered another one, hey sent me one that is WAY to Big, but it says will fit my frame! Are you kidding me! And there were no bungie's to go w/it! I will have to return it, and wait for? If I could find another company I would even pay extra to get what I want! This company has gone to? I am 70 yr's old, I do not drive, I live 30 min from town, we have strong winds here! I will never use this company again! And I would suggest you don't either! This company like many others these days are complete frauds! And this is our new normal!

I purchased a tent from them and didn't use it very much. Went to put it up and one of the bars was bent. I called and asked for replacement part. They only have VERY limited replacement parts.
They talked me into buying another tent at a reduced price and saving old one for parts that they can't provide. I get the tent (isn't like the other one so parts will not fit) use it once and the zipper to the bag broke and they have no replacement bags and won't take defective tent back, even though it happened within thirty days because it had been "used".
Are you kidding me!
Don't ever use this company. Poor quality and unhelpful customer service

I purchased a tarp to shade my rv and it started coming apart before two weeks.
It claims to be 70 % shade which is totally UNTRUE. This product has no value.
They will not back the product up. If you find a positive review it was made by them.
Theses people are running a scam

After providing evidence to Abadak that FedEx was the company at fault (FedEx had loaded up the Tarps I had purchased on their trucks 3 consecutive days in a row and never delivered the products. Doesn't make any sense why they would load up a product for three consecutive days and never make the delivery unless they had issues finding the correct house.) It wasn't until I sent customer service an email containing the FedEx tracking information that the manager of customer service realized that their very well might have been a problem delivering the first set of Tarps to my house. After evidence was provided, they decided to send out another set of Tarps to a FedEx location near me where I went and picked them up.
I'll admit that I think the customer service could have been better at handling this situation, but ultimately they did the right thing once provided a little more evidence. Tarps have arrived and were picked up without an issue. Thanks to all involved in rectifying this problem.

I was looking for tarps online when I found this site which had the right product that I needed. The site also has a huge collection of tarps that are of different materials and more strong. Recommended for everyone.

Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $10 and buy from your local Home Depot. Product is NOT what they describe and the will Nonchalantly tell you to mail it back at YOUR expense. First rep hung up on me when I was complaining about the poor product and she Realized I was going to continue to call back she transferred me to her manager. Her manager was equally smug and started reading the companies policy verbatim with zero emotion. I get much better customer service from the Chinese companies you find on EBAY at a cheaper cost. I tried my part of "buying American " however this company is not worth your loyal loyalty.

Abadak or TarpsPlus has the worst customer service. I called to order a custom tarp for my Snap Fitness business. The customer service rep only had one picture of the tarp on file in a different color. I told them yes, I like the tarp but wanted it in a white. They of course sent me the color in the photo.
Do NOT order anything from Abadak or TarpsPlus...

Received the tarp and right away notice it was severely moldy. CSR suggested i wash it. What? No send me a new one. They said I could return it at my expense and they would inspect it. If they found it to be "refund" worthy, I would be charged a 20% restock fee.

Awful and rude customer service. A "Jimmy" disconnected a call after telling me he could not assist me and that he was just a call center division of Abadak. He muted on me multiple times and would say lines such as "I'm sorry I cannot hear you" or "can you please repeat yourself" when I asked if there and where would my information go and how to get my pressing matter of a guaranteed canopy tent not making it in whole for a wedding.

I place an order to receive a 10' x 16' valence white canopy by Friday for a wedding. On Thursday (today) it arrived with everything but the frame so it cannot be set up. I need the canopy frame ASAP, customer service never took any information and disconnected me. Please contact me asap.

Recently I had purchased some tents from this vendor. And believe me the tents were really awesome and had some really interesting features. The were made from good quality materials which were strong and provided greater protection. Really reliable vendor for tents, canopies and tarps online.
