They intentionally confuse customers with duplicate listings of the same item, have no return policy, and practice unethical bidding that pumps up pricing... the list goes on and on
I paid extra for the "VIP" service so they can deliver before Christmas. It's been more than a month since I ordered and the product is nowhere to be seen. They promised a refund via Email. No response since then...I'm down 200 bucks and waited 40 days for this stupid company. Please do not order and let the company die already...

Hi Ryan, StockX is not a regular retail store. We are a live global anonymous marketplace. Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.
When making a purchase or listing an item for sale it is always best to search the item by the style code and reference the photos. Searching an item by the style code will ensure that you are purchasing and/or listing the correct item, as brands such as Jordan do have multiple releases of the same product.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.
In addition, we do not control the prices listed on the marketplace. The prices are controlled by the users and can change daily. Sometimes multiple times throughout the same day.
