18th January I sent my phone iPhone X AS DAMAGED was quoted 150 pounds and received a call and email confirming this had been accepted. Since 26/02/2019 no payment has been received and I have contacted them twice a day since. They have failed there service level agreement and they falsely advertise faster payments on website this is an on going case now I will keep you updated
