I have ordered at least 100 pairs of shoes, but I have not been careful on making sure my credits were properly given to my account. Surprise--I happened to check about 1 month ago and I see the many of the shoes were not credited. I call them and they fix it. I order more shoes, send some back and, lol and behold, still missing about 120.00 in credits! I have been a member since 2009 but guess what-- not any more!
