I advised the manager to look at the US fish and wildlife scans of actual golden eagle feathers to prove to her their vendor supplying crazy crow with golden eagle feather replicas has absolutely no freaking clue what a golden eagle feather of any age looks like obviously. The handprints Golden eagle feather I was sent and the ones on their website looks NOTHING like any aged Golden Eagle feather. She refused to do so after I informed her crazy crow was unintentionally ripping off their customers every time they sold the handpainted golden eagle feather. Asked her to go to any reputable empirical place of her choosing to see for herself and again she refused. Refused to even make sure for herself that the golden eagle feathers sold even remotely resembled what was presented as hand painted replicas of any age golden eagle feather and once again she refused to cooperate to make sure Crazy Crow wasn't falsely selling replicas of the Golden Eagle feathers to unaware customers taking their money for a feather that looks like a cooper's hawk, Gosh Hawk, wedged tailed eagle or maybe a rough legged hawk feather but in no way shape or form even resembled any aged golden Eagle feather proving to me atleast 1 manager at Crazy Crow cares not if they ripe off their customers. Her excuse was they've sold them for 20 years and nobody has complained. I care not if I'm the only one who complained. I'm 100% Sure I'm correct on this issues, complaints or not. I obviously care more about the proper representation of their products than a manager who works there. The Bald Eagle feathers are ok and look spot on but stay clear of the handpainted golden eagle feathers. In no way shape or form do these replicas resemble golden eagle feathers at all. Don't believe me go download an image of their Golden Eagle feather hand painted then look at every reputable source and scan of such to see for yourself. Don't waste your money on the mentioned replicas please.
