Purchased the Kentucky Long Rifle case to fly with my flintlock. Case arrived at my destination severely damaged due to quality issues with the case. The case is advertised as protective and durable; it is neither. Called customer support for a replacement or refund and was denied both. Customer service was condescending and willfully unhelpful. Blamed the airline and TSA but would take no responsibility for selling over priced garbage product. Stay away from this company, they are a blight.
